Sushi Restaurants In BostonThere are a lot of sushi restaurants in Boston. But we are very partial to Sushi-Teq, which, not surprisingly, is the onsite restaurant of our hotel. You can't miss it when you enter the InterContinental Boston because it's on the lobby level. It's quite a bit different from your typical sushi restaurant because we combine a sushi bar with a tequila bar (that's the "teq" in Sushi-Teq) in an extremely electric atmosphere led by toe-tapping salsa music. Let's start with the food, which is the domain of Head Chef Taki-ishi and features many unique dishes that are always prepared using the freshest ingredients. The Yellowtail Ceviche includes hamachi, sriracha, and unagi kawari while the Zushi is grilled eel over a bed of seafood and vegetables. The menu also includes Madai Carpaccio, a Japanese red snapper with balsamic ponzu, Salmon Avocado Salad, and Striped Jack Fruit Salad.
Now let's move on to the liquid refreshment portion of Sushi-Teq. You will be amazed at how many drink options there are. We boast more than 100 premium tequilas that are used in our multitude of exotic specialty drinks, such as our signature Guava Guanabana, whose palate-pleasing elements range from Corzo Reposado tequila and guava nectar to guanabana juice and agave nectar. What's more, we're mad about making margaritas. Sushi-Teq will also impress you with its views as the restaurant looks out over the waterfront. Stop by for lunch Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. For more delectable details, visit http://www.intercontinentalboston.com/dining/sushi-teq.aspx,
