This fall, the InterContinental Boston hotel proudly presents a series of Farm to Table dinners at Miel "Brasserie Provençal," featuring themed, indigenous dishes with produce from local New England farmers. With delecetable nights, there is something for everyone.

 

September 9th, 2014, enjoy our Honey Harvest Dinner featuring homemade, harvested honey for the apiaries of InterContinental Boston.
September 16th, 2014, enjoy a four course Wine Pairing Dinner with Macarena Siracusea from Garcón Wines.
October 7th, 2014, delight in our Farm to Table Cheese Dinner featuring the award-winning, artisan cheeses of Westfield Farms of Hubbarston, MA.

October 21st, 2014, savor the oceanic flavors of our Farm to Table Ocean Dinner with the best of New England seafood from Cape Cod and Georges Bank.

November 11th, 2014, inherit from the Earth's offering with our Farm to Table Land Dinner featuring beef, lamb and pork from Portland, ME's own Maine Family Farm.

Rosé Wine Tastings on Miel Terrace

Available Saturdays, May 31st - September 27th from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Cost: $25 per person (does not include tax and gratuity)

Sample rosé wine pairings from around the world with our in-house sommeliers. Learn about the history of rosé and how our sommeliers pair each of the three wine samples with seasonal pissaladieres (French flatbread.)

Sunday Brunch

Available Sundays, 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Cost: $32 includes coffee, tea, and juice. (does not include tax and gratuity)
