An ideal dining destination for Valentine's Day, Miel "Brasserie Provençale" offers a romantic Provence glow. Miel is offering a four-course 'From Cocoa to Chocolate' Valentine's dinner for those craving a special experience this Valentine's Day weekend. The menu will be available on Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14. To make your reservation now call, 617-217-5151. Open seating is available on Saturday night and there will be two seating's at 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Sunday, February 14. Discounted valet parking is available for $13 for a maximum of 4 hours through ICON parking located on the lower level of the hotel.

Miel "Brasserie Provençale". Boston’s first Provence themed brasserie, Miel "Brasserie Provençale" celebrates the organic wonders and intoxicating flavors of France’s fascinating Côte d’Azur region, focusing on herbs, lavender, honey and olive oil. The French word for honey, Miel serves Cuisine du Soleil (cuisine of the sun).
Delightfully simple organic fare flavored with fresh Côte d’Azur ingredients including lavender, olive oil, tomatoes and honey is served in our charming and warmly decorated dining room or outdoor patio overlooking Boston Harbor. Our classic New England raw bar adds some local color and flavor to the chic Euro-inspired ambiance. A private, glass-enclosed dining room for 12 features a chef’s table made from a 1,000-year-old olive tree, and an 18-foot olive oil tower sparkles with a collection of oils from around the globe.Le Provençe is known as the “the gardens of France” and celebrity Chef Jacques Chibois, world renowned two-star Michelin Chef, authenticates this exquisite and creative Provençale Cuisine by overseeing Miel’s trend-setting dining experience. Executive Chef Didier Montarou creates straightforward, innovative delights utilizing Southern France’s favorites of honey, olive oil, tomatoes, vegetables, herbs, and seafood.
Favorite dishes of Boston foodies are. Pistou Soup (traditional Provençal vegetable soup), La Bouillabaisse (a Provence treat of fish boiled with herbs), Lamb en Croute of mushroom duxelle and tapenade (olive paste), Burger Trilogy (kobe beef topped with foie gras, lobster and tuna nicoise) and Honey Crème Brûlée.
Miel seats 120 people and features its own private dining room, "The Olive Oil Museum,” with seating for 12. In a twist of new and old, Miel showcases a classic New England Raw Bar. Additional outdoor seating will accommodate 54 people and overlooks Boston Harbor and InterContinental gardens. Miel is located on the lobby level of the InterContinental, accessible via the InterContinental Gardens and lobby.
