Boston’s Luxury Hotel & Condo Residences

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts has partnered with EXTELL Boston Harbor LLC, a New York based real estate investment Company, to develop a $315 million Waterfront landmark project that will include a luxury hotel and condo residences.

The renowned Boston-based firm of Elkus / Manfredi designed the spectacular building façade and landmark features.

Brennan Beer Gorman Monk designed the interior, in close collaboration with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, and is responsible for the contemporary yet classic elegance of the decor, not seen anywhere in Boston before.
