Miel "Brasserie Provençale" - Boston’s first Provence themed brasserie, Miel "Brasserie Provençale" celebrates the organic wonders and intoxicating flavors of France’s fascinating Côte d’Azur region, focusing on herbs, lavender, honey and olive oil. The French word for honey, Miel, serves Cuisine du Soleil (cuisine of the sun). The InterContinental Gardens feature a gorgeous, outdoor, two-acre waterfront promenade along Fort Point Channel.
