Sushi-Teq’s slick, contemporary atmosphere with granite floors and cool earth tone colors sets the tone for the most intoxicating experience of sushi and salsa. Head Chef Taki-ishi serves mouthwatering creations of sushi, sashimi, maki, and delightful appetizers and tapas. This colorful and eclectic lounge serves 69 premium tequilas (blanco, reposado and añejos), 10 flavored margarita cocktails and 10 specialty exotic drinks, including the signature La Paloma with Cabo blanco, fresh lime and Jarritos grapefruit soda.Sushi-Teq is located at the lobby level of the InterContinental on the InterContinental Gardens side and has the capacity to seat 30 lucky diners.

Join us every Tuesday all summer long for Sushi-Teq's Tequila Tuesdays. Experience complimentary premium tequila tastingseach week from 6:00 - 8:00pm then sip on one of Sushi-Teq's specialty cocktails like the Jalapeno Margarita. Learn to Salsa dance from the Havana Club experts under the stars along the InterContinental's waterfront from 6:00 - 9:00pm. Weather permitting, Tequila Tuesdays is located outside on our medallion area on the waterfront promenade providing for a sexy outdoor evening of salsa dancing, vintage tequila and sushi. Reservations are not necessary.
