Guests must be at least 18 years of age to utilize our fitness equipment. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool facility.

Boot Camp - Circuit Style!
This one hour, total body work out will leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Led by Personal Trainer Alexander Santarelli, you will experience some common and unique exercises utilizing both props and your own body weight.
Classes offered every Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m and 6:40 p.m. - 7:40 p.m.
Cost: $20 per class
Awaken your senses and set your intentions for the day with this complimentary one hour class based on Vinyasa flow yoga. Classes are held on the hotel's waterfront lawn during the summer (weather permitting).
