Amazing hotel and staff

This is truly a 5 star hotel from the doorman, front desk reception, concierge, housekeeping, and beyond. The staff was truly accommodating and extremely gracious. The rooms were beyond comfortable and the baths were truly lavish. We took advantage of the amazing spa and fitness area. First class all the way! Thank you InterContinental, for a truly memorable "girls' weekend"

Good stop

We were here for a long weekend to visit the kids. The hotel is very nice and the staff are very pleasant. We had a nice room which came with breakfast included. This was a highlight because the breakfast is so good and has lots of healthy choices in addition to the indulgent choices. Hanging out at the Rumba Bar was fun because they have cozy chairs next to gas fireplaces which was wonderful on the cold January days. Housekeeping staff did a great job in our room and were pleasantly responsive to every need. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the rooms are not over the top luxury. They are very comfortable and clean and I would come back here

Great Stay Great Hotel

Great stay. Close to the train station, lovely water views and nice restaurant. They messed up our rooms (asked for adjoining rooms) so we had to switch. Also had to wait for check in even though we arrived at 6:30pm because the rooms weren't ready which was rather annoying especially with a child in tow. Room was lovely. Nice and spacious. However the shower knob didn't work, but since we had adjoining rooms, I just used the other one (they did offer to come and fix it immediately). Overall no big complaints and would stay there again

The Intercontinental - Always a Winner!

The hotel is conveniently located in the financial district in Boston, right down the street from the South Station T stop. From the doorman, the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant staff, all is top notch and friendly service. My room was spacious with an immaculate bathroom and super comfortable King sized bed. A really cute touch was when the housekeeper arrived for turndown service with water and chocolate. What a nice treat!I do really enjoy the Rumba bar...the bar tender makes an excellent Negroni! I had a light dinner of their Lobster Clam Chowder and a salad. Very tasty! I also had breakfast at Miele (baked French Toast with fresh berries and bacon) and it was marvelous. I will definitely be back! Thanks for your wonderful service. I really enjoyed my stay. :

Awesome Memories to Last a Lifetime!

If you are plNning a wedding-don't look any further-choose the best venue in Boston! Just completed a full weekend at the Intercontinental Boston for my daughter's wedding! What awesome memories from the breathtaking water and city views to the exceptional staff and fabulous indoor space fit for elegance and an excellent fun time! We loved the Rumba Bar just for hanging-the rehearsal reception in the beauties Scotch Room-the elegant ceremony and re epitomizing in the Abigail Adams room and post wedding brunch in the private room were all incredible! Another fine stay!

My go-to hotel when in Boston - a great view almost always, a wonderful gym, lovely five star accommodations. And they treat me well, regardless of whether I book a full price or discounted room - I can't say that about every hotel I stay at! Simply luxurious
