Beautiful hotel with great staff, amenities, and location, location, location!

My husband and kids surprised me with a weekend trip to Boston and chose the InterContinental. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance (or a short Uber ride) to many great area activities and attractions. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very clean and the staff were all so nice and accommodating. They even recommended a great local attraction that we would have completely missed otherwise but it ended up being one of our favorite activities. My husband let it slip at check-in that the trip was birthday surprise for me and, lo and behold, we came back to our room to find a bottle a champagne and a delicious dessert - they definitely went above and beyond to make my weekend even more special

Road trip around New England

My son and I arrived at the hotel in September 2018 for a 2 night stay at the start of our short trip around New England. The hotel was fantastic and in a very good location close to the waterfront and only a few minutes walk to the financial district and the starting point for the freedom trail. The rooms were luxurious with large bathrooms. The bar area was very atmospheric although drinks were very expensive. Recommended for a bit of luxury in Boston

Beautiful hotel

Centrally located hotel minutes ro the waterfront, financial district, north end and Chinatown. The accommodations are luxurious. I didn't want to get ot of bed! The bars and restaurants within the hotel are good too! Check in was easy as well

If you go to ...

If you go to the spa ask for Allison who does massages and facials and Amber who does mani's and pedi's. You'll thank me later. They are the most welcoming, professional individuals and are amazing at what they do. Couldn't have had a better experience. 10/10 hands down! :

Awesome hotel

Awesome hotel in a great location. The rooms are immaculate and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Many great attractions and restaurants near by. The lobby is very warm, cozy and inviting
