Perfect spot to catch all of boston

Hotel is in a perfect location. Great sleeping rooms, as well as meeting space with plenty of windows. Food is wonderful. Very friendly and great service from the front desk to the bar. And the art work is great

Excellent Stay for Business Travel

Hotel is impeccably clean. Service is excellent. Very nice view of the harbor from my room. Staff was courteous and helpful. Some early morning noise from alley adjacent to the room. Very close to both the financial district and the federal courthouse. Large room. Very comfortable bed with a great, roomy bathroom. Highly recommend for business travel

Fantastic facilities and service

I loved my stay at the Intercontinental Boston. My room was comfortable and the hotel offered excellent amenities like the fitness center and spa. My flight did not depart until 9pm my final day, and they encouraged me to enjoy the facilities through the entire day until I left- Incredible service

Room was spacious and ...

Room was spacious and very nice. We were warmly welcomed. What a comfortable bed! Nice views over the river. Good location in Boston, near public transport. We even had a nice walk to the Common. The breakfast food is ok, coffee not great. Would say their menu is overpriced. Checking out of our room was a bumpy experience. Make sure you ask to see your bill before they run your card - seems obvious but in our case we were charged before being allowed to see it and they'd made a mistake. Had to go through the whole refund process. If you go with a gift certificate, don't assume they know what to do. Follow up and follow through with them. We were double charged. Such a shame to end a trip with that and have to deal with it after the fact

I've got a choice, ...

I've got a choice, Boston Harbour, 4-Seasons, or the Interconti. I keep coming back here. Maybe not as posh, maybe more a conference hotel, maybe a different clientelle... it just works. Room 1005 is the nicest non-suite room I stay in with windows on both sides. But shhh! don't tell anyone. Practical, friendly, well situated - Hotel not the room
